Binary clock simply displays the system time in a binary format. It can sit on top
of your other programs or appear partially transparent.
In order to use Binary Clock, you will need the Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 or
higher. The setup will download it for you if you do not have it installed already,
or you can install it from Microsoft
